Easy process to check in and out. Room was set up nicely and located in a very ideal area next to the freeway and gas stations. Nice neighborhood. Very inexpensive parking cost of five dollars per day. Breakfast was very good and provided. Overall, I would come here again and recommend this hotel.
This property is old and the hallways carry sound, but once we were in our room, we didn't hear anything outside of our room. We could only find 1 USB plug in the whole room (back of the alarm clock) but it did the job of charging my phone. The bedding was clean and fluffy and surprisingly comfortable! There was shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the shower, barely enough towels for 2 people and there was lotion. If you forget anything, they have a shop in the lobby that seems to be well-stocked. We were not impressed with the breakfast buffet, but plenty of others were. Overall a 4 if you're not a snob.
The hotel was clean and the service was wonderful. The front desk clerk was very kind and accommodating to the early check-in that was requested. I’ve had experience where housekeeping will come in before we check out and we did not experience any unwanted disturbances. The location was perfect for our needs during our stay.
Last minute booking… 1st time staying here. I’m always apprehensive when booking a new place to stay especially with pets. I booked on line & paid at the hotel. When I arrived I was greeted at the reception by Rodger. Excellent customer service. Prepared my booking & happily welcomed pets. I’m very ocd about how clean the bed & bath are. They were both super clean. The sheets & bed were very comfortable. I also spoke to Jesenda she was super sweet & helpful. The building & parking is safe & secure. Must say this is definitely a 5 star ⭐ + The area is safe, close to freeway, food & college. Look forward to staying again not only for the super clean hotel… it’s the amazing customer service of Rodger & Jesenda. Thank you.
Staff is friendly, rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The only problem I could complain about is that the water was off the entire 2nd day and I had to switch rooms when the water came back on. They did compensate me for one night with a refund. Accidents happen, so all in all, it was a very good stay.
It is what you pay for. The front desk is great, nice customer service. It is a pet friendly hotel so urine smell and barking but I love dogs so I was ok with it. No maid service if you stay more then one night. The breakfast was good as well. Rooms are bid and the beds are comfortable.
Stay was peaceful. The room was comfortable. TV was temperamental as the wifi signal was weak and the pu ture kept pixelatibg. Breakfast was a little disappointing. I love eggs for breakfast and they served delicious potatoes with sausage and waffles but NO EGGS!!! Other than that our stay was great!!!
Overall place was nice, clean and quiet. Nice amenities and free breakfast was a plus. Would recommend to family and friends.
